6.User Accounts

Each user:

  • Must immediately notify Wipcorp if account credentials are compromised.

Shared accounts are prohibited unless expressly authorised by Wipcorp.

7.Password Requirements

Users should:

  • Create strong passwords.
  • Avoid password reuse across systems.
  • Change passwords when prompted or after suspected compromise.
  • Keep passwords confidential.
  • Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) where available.

8.File Upload Requirements

Users may upload only business-related documents, including:

  • Drawings

  • Inspection reports
  • Audit reports
  • Compliance certificates
  • Meeting minutes

  • Technical documentation

Uploaded files must:

  • Be virus-free.

9.Intellectual Property

Users must respect all intellectual property rights.

Without written permission, users may not:

  • Copy Website software.
  • Reproduce templates for external commercial use.

  • Remove copyright notices.
  • Use Wipcorp branding without authorisation.

Project documentation remains subject to applicable ownership agreements between Wipcorp and the relevant client.

10.Monitoring

To protect the Website and its users, Wipcorp may monitor:

  • Audit trails
  • Administrative changes

Monitoring is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, including POPIA, and for legitimate business purposes such as security, system maintenance, legal compliance, and incident investigation.

Wipcorp will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
